- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This place is horrible!!!! I have been trying to get a heart worm prescription for my dog for the past 2 weeks! I was never told that they would not approve a email request last week when I called looking to see if they received it! They scanned in a prescription for me and emailed it, which is against the law for a pharmaceutical company to accept, you would of thought they knew that, not very well trained at all!!! Finally after 2 weeks they receive the email and I have never been treated so poorly by there receptionist Kim and Jessie, to tell a customer to CALM DOWN IS JUST UNCALLED FOR!!!! I used to use there daycare and vet and spent a lot of money there WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! I will drive to Crawford Animal Hospital where they actually are trained and act professional!!!!
