  The staff and doctor are horrible and should be sued for malpractice. The secretary answered the phone saying do you mind holding, thank you....without waiting for a response and just put me on hold. The secretary wouldn’t give my messages to the doctor regardless of having a major reaction to medications he prescribed. She told me he was in with patients all day and he’d get back to me when he could. He didn’t call me back for days even after describing to the secretary my emergency reactions to the medications prescribed and it was around 8pm when he finally did call me back. He said he was super surprised why I would have a reaction to 4 new medications that all list major side effects to all of them and responded with “well we will have to go back to the drawing board” like I was just a guinea pig and he was guessing at what medications to throw my way. I told him initially I wanted to be off medications and try a more natural approach and he said in his 19 years of clinical experience (his website mentions over 30 years of experience) he has never found anything naturally effective to treat depression. I left the office with 4 new medications he prescribed and then clearly neglected me when I had a major reaction. This man is here to collect a paycheck period and will do no investigation or take the time needed to really help you out.
